We are committed to keeping your information safe, secure, and handled transparently at all times.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. To help us manage appointments efficiently and offer care to all patients, please take note of our policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Similarly, if you do not attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us, a fee may apply.
If you are running late, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid affecting other patients’ appointments.
Our goal is to provide efficient, high-quality care for all patients, and adhering to this policy helps us achieve that while being fair and considerate.
Payment Policy
We aim to make the payment process simple, transparent, and stress-free for all our patients.
Payment Timing:
All treatments are payable at the time of your appointment, whether you attend the clinic or have a home visit.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept card, cash and other approved payment methods, as indicated at the clinic.
Pricing Transparency:
Our prices are clearly listed for all services, with no hidden charges. Before any treatment begins, we will explain the recommended plan and associated costs so you can make informed decisions.
We are committed to providing efficient, professional care while ensuring the payment process is straightforward and clear.
